Suggestions, help, etc?....
Ok, as many of you read last week, I am getting married, but I am having a problem that I need your help/suggestions/support for.
I have become so comfortable with where I am and what I am doing that many of my old habits are slipping in. I will be at my 2 year mark in July of this year and I am afraid that if I don't do something, I will have gained weight back by then...and I haven't met my goal yet. I know - the weight goal is only a number, but it is also a health issue for me, and would really like to hit that number.
Any help or suggestions on what I can do to get back on track would be appreciated. I have started to see a councelor about this but I am her first post-WLS patient, and I'm not so sure that she completely understands. She is working with another psych that specialized in WLS patients, and she herself is a recovering eating disorder patient, but still...
I was wondering if the 5 day pouch test would be something that I should try..where do I find that information for that?
Thanks for all the help and support I know I will get from this group.

I think being aware of what you are doing is the 1st biggest step. The 5 day will be a good start. Look at old pictures of yourself, carry around a bag of something heavy to get the feeling of that extra weight. Do you want to be back at that point? I'm guessing not, pull out the information you received at the beginning of your WLS program.
Good luck, I know you can get this under control!
