WED: How are you moving?
Yesterday I changed up my exercise... I danced to music at home and then I went and played on a playground. What a BLAST!! Today I plan to take a walk.

I walked 2 miles early this morning. I walked another 4+ at lunch time. I have walked 35 miles this week, which for my body weight and pace is about 4600 calories. Given the stress, regret, frustration and other things I have experienced this week, in the past I would have easily consumed at least 2,000 extra calories a day......or 14,000 calories/week = 4 lbs of fat. So, instead of gaining 4 lbs or more this week, I probably lost some. Pretty hard not to feel good about that.
I went on a 45 minute bike ride after supper to escape the hub bub in my house. That felt pretty good, too.

I danced to music yesterday afternoon at home....Needed to release some stress.....My son Afton gave me a CD, I love it....It some guy that does everything himself, a one man band...You should check him out, CYRENIC, "The Whites of our lies." I like the song TIMELESS, It fit's right into my life now.......
I also walked outside yesterday and plan to walk outside today......I'm sure I will be dancing to music again today......
