Hey all! Happy Hump Day! I am on day 7 of my diet and things are going well. Today I will once again try to concentrate on my WATER!!

What are you eating today?

2019: 11 years out and maintaining a loss of 150lbs.

 meal (1) budding ham,coleslaw, strawberries  Meal(2) cottage cheese coleslaw and  strawberries.     Snack   soy nuts and romane lettuce      meal  (3) 1 home made beef taco,1/2 banana                    ok I eat strange but its healthy

Sounds like you're doing great.....I need a kick in the pants......Lately I'm just on a downward spiral.......

Today I plan to try and get in my water.....One thing, one day at a time.......

B-Boost High protein Shake
L-salad w/chicken breast, cheese and veggies
D-???out with friends
Snacks....more protein if I need it and a little fruit.

Well I can offically start full liquids yesterday, but I'm still doing clear until Friday. It's such an easier day to remember than Tuesday.  Just a week out and I can get more than 40 oz in and I'm doing Chicken Broth along with the water.  So until Friday, that's the Stat Quo you know?

Today I ate string cheese, deli ham, greek yogurt, kashi, sf tapioca pudding, deli turkey with lettuce and will have some scrambled eggs before I head to bed.  Not too bad of a day!
