weird noises

Ever since surgery I have had weird mouth noisesIt seems to be only when I lay on my left side or on my tummy with my head turned to the left.  I have to drink before bed to take my sleeping pill and thank gosh i am out 5 minutes later because it is very annoying.  Does any one else have weird mouth noises and do you know why?

Good I'm not completely crazy!  I have experienced this too and it does seem to happen when I lay on my stomach.   I've startled myself when I am laying in bed trying to fall asleep and this weird noise comes out.  

Can't say this is what you're talking about - but I SWEAR that in those rare moments of complete silence, I can hear my pulse - but only if I'm laying on my side with one ear in the pillow.

Could that be it?

I only have weird noises in my head I keep telling them to shut up but it doesn't help. JK
