THURS: What are you eating?

Today I am still doing this wonderful diet and I  plan to incorporate it into my routine regularly. It's a great way to eat (but I have to have my veggies too of course).


Today I plan to eat:

--Yogurt
--Cottage cheese
--Yogurt
--Cottage cheese
--Peanuts
--Salmon

WHAT ARE YOU EATING TODAY?


2019: 11 years out and maintaining a loss of 150lbs.

started out bad had a candy bar  been a long day  have a salad for work and not sure yet for the rest of the day?

Good morning Elena....

B-yogurt w/kashi and string cheese
L-tuna, cottage cheese, and grape tomatoes
D-chopped steak and small salad w/cheese and veggies

Snacks....more protein if needed and fruit
