One Year Anniversary!

Well, today it has been one year since I had surgery. Some days I don't feel like I had surgery at all, except for the getting full fast thing. I don't have any of the dumping and I struggle with my food choices. All that said, I am down 100 lbs and am feeling great. I would really love to lose another 30 lbs, but have been stalled for about 4 months. Now quite sure what to do. I get to visit with my surgeon next week for my check up--I am looking forward to that--hopefully I can get some advice! All-in-all, it has been a great year and it was the best decision I have ever made!

Congrats on one year! That's fantastic! I'm really glad to hear it was a good choice, I'm still struggling through one week!! Good job!
