Yesterday I surprisingly didn't eat all that much. Today... sticking to my Plateau Diet.

2019: 11 years out and maintaining a loss of 150lbs.

started out eatting good then just got bump out and had a cookie and a candy bar man can't believe I did that but oh well I'm over it and worked out a little harder and am going to be very good now the rest of the day.

Well I need to be accountable.......Lately I have been turning to food.....It's always been there for me.......I've had a rough time of it lately, and STUPID me, been eating more food and I've gained a few pounds.......

Today I plan to get control of my eating.......I didn't go through all this to screw it up now.......No matter what's going on in my life I need to take care of me.....

B- Egg
L- out with a friend ???
D- ? Protein
S- protein shake

L-refried beans with cheese
D-shrimp with mixed veggies
