Thanks for the prayers

I want to thank everyone for their thoughts and prayers during the last few days.  I made it home but don't feel much better than before, the doctor said it could take up to two months for my heart to start working correcly all the time. I'm also sitting here thinking of how much I have lost out at the gym, I think that I will have to start all over by walking 15 minutes a day. to get my strength back which really bums me out. It takes months to build up your strength and only days to lose it. Again I can't thank you all enough for your support I wish I could put in words how I feel and what you mean to me.

Tim,

Don't sweat the strength thing.....I know it sucks, but living is better.....:)

You will continue to be in my prayers......Hopefully you will feel better sooner than the Doctor thinks......

Take it easy......Hugs to you my friend....Kelly

Take it easy on yourself.  You have a lot of willpower and the strength will come back sooner than you think.  I am just glad you are on the mend!

I'm so glad to hear you're doing good.
NOW...lighten up on yourself!  Give your body what it needs right now and slowly the gym will work back in.
Take Care Friend.

I know what you mean Tim. Before my gallbladder surgery I was up to an hour of working out each day. After... I had start everything over again and it was just horrible and tough. But the good thing is... you'll be back to your old (new?) self in no time! Glad to hear you are home!

SO GLAD you're home and on the mend, my friend!  You & Barb holler if I can help out in any way, okay?

So now, for some un-asked for perspective.  You may be a bit bummed about having to re-build your strength and work outs following your recovery, but ponder this...  How much fun would this procedure have been 100+ pounds ago, hmmmm???

Methinks you're a very lucky man, Tim.  Get your ticker working properly first.  The work outs will be there when you're ready!
