just wanted to share my wow moment. They have been rare since my plastics, but I got on the scale this morning and it read....

179.6

It's been at least 4 years since I have been in the 170's so I am really happy...of course I wish I was a few inches taller so 179.6 would look better, but I will take it!~

That is definitely a WOW moment!!!! Congratulations and give yourself a big ol' pat on the back!!!!

(I can't WAIT until I step on the scale and it reads below 200!!! I may have to reinforce my bathroom with padding because when I see 200 or below, I'll probably faint on the damn scale!!! LOLOL!!)
