I am continuing my plateau buster diet in some days... just eating small portions of protein and adding a tiny bit of veggies in.

2019: 11 years out and maintaining a loss of 150lbs.

Today's Menu:

B: protein shake with milk

L: 2 oz ham, 2 oz pepperjack cheese, a bit of yogurt and a small cup of peaches

D: chili!! (although admittedly today isn't really a chili-ish day...)
