It is Monday so it is back to the gym for me today!  It is a strength day so I will do about 50 minutes of cardio and 35 minutes of strength training. 

I am actually excited for a new week to begin!!

My hubby will be gone the next few days on business so I plan to really hit it hard.....

I'm going for a bike ride today and a walk/jog........Then Wii fit tonight.....

I walked 2 miles this morning.  I walked 3+ miles at lunch time today.  My mood is considerably better than it was earlier today.  The walking and contact with WLS friends sure helped.

Still do not have an OK to restart working out. It is so frustrating just taking a short walk.

I'm going to do a bit of Wii Fit before Chris comes home from work, and then we're going to do both the Biggest Loser Bootcamp and Yoga DVD's!

(We're only at level 1 for both but they definitely work you out!!!)

I did 21 minutes on my eliptical machine, lifted weights and did sit ups.
