Greek Yogurt... yumm.. now how do I use it?
So I bought some for the first time. I bought the Stonyfield Farms brand organic Oikos Plain greek yogurt. Its strange.. the first spoonful reminded me of sour cream.. after a couple more bites its like my taste buds adjusted and I could still taste the "sour"ness of it if you will.. but yet it got sweeter with every bite..
So do most of you use it as a sour cream substitute in a savory way, or do you eat it more as a sweeter thing that you add fruit or something to? Now that I know I like it, I want lots of feedback on how to use it!

I thaw out some frozen fruit (raspberries from my backyard, usually, but have used mango, blackberries, blueberries, strawberries, etc... - you could certainly use fresh!), sprinkle it with splenda, and either put it through the bullet or just ma**** up good with a fork - then stir it into the yogurt! It's really good - thick and creamy, high in protein! (adjust amounts to taste, but it doesn't take much)
I buy Trader Joe's greek yogurt - almost half the cost of the Fage brand - but I haven't tried Stonyfield Farms. Let us know how you end up using it and if you like it or not!

Imperfect does not = unsuccessful
I put in a scoop of protein powder in about 3/4c yogurt, then if I need a little crunchy...1/4 granola or Special K proten plus cereal. It's a good "stick to your ribs" breakfast.
