They are apple and gouda chicken brats from Wal-Mart

120 calories and 16 g protein.

I just 1.5 of them and I am stuffed and lots of protein. 4 of them are 3.99

I have gained some great friends on this journey!

What brand are they? How much fat? They sound wonderful - I LOVE gouda cheese!

Those are good I ahve tried them and also cashwise has some different kinds and they have sales buy 1 get 1 free......I don't remeber the kinds but they are by the corn dogs and stuff.........Thanks for posting this

Do you guys do ok with the casing on brats? I tried one a few weeks ago from our local butcher shop, and ended up spitting the casing part out because I was afraid it wasn't going to digest. Maybe that's silly? It was yummy though, jalepeno -cheddar.
