TUES: What are you eating?
Yesterday I indulged a bit so today I am going to try to get myself a little bit more on track. It's an attempt that should be pretty easy I think.

My band is having a difficult day today.
B: Protein Smoothie
L: 1/2 an egg roll & 1 oz orange chicken (does not agree with my band today)
S: 2 oz Cottage Cheese with 1 oz peaches
D: 3 oz Turkey breast & 1 oz Colby jack cheese
S: Slim fast (If more protein is needed)
