I loved thinned Idahoan potatoes made w/ skim milk instead of water during pureed stage. They have a ton of flavors.  I see Marsha did ok with chicken salad, but canned chicken is the first thing that got stuck for me. I'd definitely be cautious on what you try given all you've been through already.   Glad to hear you're home.

Here's my puree list..

Smooth light yogurt
Sugar free pudding
Cream of wheat made with milk and added protein powder, made runny
Blenderized tender meats
Cottage cheese
Thinned instant mashed taters made with protein powder or dry milk powder for added protein
blenderized/strained fruits and veggies (avoid skins, peels, and membranes) - no sugar added, in natural juice not syrup.. drain juice (ex: Mott's healthy harvest applesauce, pureed Del Monte Carb Clever Fruits, Dole Canned Pineapple)

Hope that helps some!

Stacy

Loved cottage cheese and tuna.

Refried beans with some tabassco.  I like spicy stuff and I was craving it.

Scrambled eggs. (just eat slowly - these are easy to eat fast)

Mashed potatoes with greek yogurt.

AMEN on the YAY for you girl!  Glad to hear this - I pray for you every night at bedtime!  Unsure with all of the he11 that you've been through at this point what you should be eating but cottage cheese with a little french dressing FF was my savior for a long time.  I love the new cottage cheese with chives in it!  Yummy!
Way to go girl!  Keep up the good work!
