I'll be heading for the gym in a few hours.  Today is a strength day, so I will probably do  about 34 min. of cardio (treadmill and bike) and 30 minutes of strength.  I notice that if I don't move my body in the early morning I am kind of in a fog for the whole day. 

Keep on moving!!

I walked 2 miles in the wind and rain this morning and found my mind twisting, twisting, twisting........

I walked 4 miles at lunch time today.  I pondered the judgment of others and I am thinking I just don't give a ****

I went on a hard 40 minute bike ride after supper.  I pounded away until I couldn't breathe.
