Iv been working out at the gym an 1-1.5 hours a day and I was just wondering if you still feel like you have as much energy when you start your liquid diet? Im assuming there will be way less carbs consumed. Also how much did you loose just on your liquid diet? Thanks for all your help!

The first few days of the LD I was a bit weak and crabby... but it gets better. Mine was 10 days long and involved protein shakes. I lost about 10lbs on the liquid diet. Not too bad!
2019: 11 years out and maintaining a loss of 150lbs.
