THURS: What are you eating?
Hey all! I hope you had a wonderful Wednesday! Today I plan to stick mostly to protein and flaxseed/prunes to help things flow.

I think I have kicked the graham cracker addction!! I haven't had any all week, and right now they don't even sound good!! YEAHHHHHHHHHHH!
Pre-Workout- Kashi with lactose free milk
Breakfast- Kashi with low carb yogurt (my K-kids ask why I like to eat sticks)
Lunch- Cottage Cheese, turkey pepperoni, soy crisps, carrots
Snack- NSA CIB with 1% milk
Dinner- not susre yet- depends on what time I get home from the Spring Concert
My goal, once again, is to only eat/drink what I bring from home. No extras!!
