FRI: What are you eating?

I am getting myself a little more on track. Today's plan:

1. Yogurt
2. Cottage cheese
3. Sausages from Wal-mart - yum!
4. Chicken
5. Cheese sticks
6. Protein shake

And I am committed to drinking lots of water!!

2019: 11 years out and maintaining a loss of 150lbs.

Hi Elena.....

B-yogurt w/kashi and string cheese
L-mexican crusted chicken breast with cheese
D-????

Snacks....fruit...maybe more protein if I need it.

Water....never an issue...I drink way more then enough everyday!!
