FRI: What are you eating?
I am getting myself a little more on track. Today's plan:
1. Yogurt
2. Cottage cheese
3. Sausages from Wal-mart - yum!
4. Chicken
5. Cheese sticks
6. Protein shake
And I am committed to drinking lots of water!!
