WED: How are you moving?

Depending on the weather, I'd like to get outside for a bit today.

How are you moving?

I'm going to walk 2 miles after work today.  I may do it on my lunch break.

I am 1 week out from surgery, and it has been raining cats and dogs here since i had surgery. I am trying to walk as much as i can in the house, and at work, but gotta get with it...am gonna try to get to the gym soon. Just dont want to over do it yet, since i am still somewhat weak and sore.

I went out for my 3 mile walk this morning as usual. It was pretty damp and cold...brrrrrr!
