THURS: What are you eating?
Today's plan:
B: Leftover Benihana
L: Nuts, sandwich meat
D: Chili dinner
**For the next week or two I may not be posting these as frequently as I usually do... I'll be on a road trip around the country so it won't always be easy to get online. I will do my best though!

Today's plan with possibility of slight variation:
B: 8oz 8th Continent Lite Soy Milk, 3/4 scoop of 'vanilla' whey protein powder (about 20g protein), and about 3 tbs of Raspberry Torani SF syrup
L: I'm honestly thinking about having a small slice of pizza. Really moist and easy to chew up. That or Tuna, mustard, miracle whip, and cottage cheese all pureed together.
D: Pureed Tortellini Soup (no meat)
