I have not made it past a cup of coffee yet this morning. A plan, sure I have a plan LOL Where did I put it!
B= 1/2 cup old fashion oatmeal. dab of splenda,milk on top
S= mixed nuts
L= hard boiled egg
S= mixed nuts
D= grilled chicken breast. fruit or veggie
That would be all she wrote for the day. Not including my liquid supply
