Can you go to your Regular Dr. for B-12 shots?

Just wondering? Keep forgeting to take pill thinking this might be a better option?!

Yes, you can get a b12 shot from your primary doctor or they can give you a RX for it so you can do it at home.

Yes, I go once a month for the injection alot easier than trying to remember one more pill!!

This has been the best decision besides marriage and kids that I have ever made!!
