B- Made a fabulous Egg & cheese & onion & red pepper omelet
L- Chili
D- Chili
snack- Bananna

B - 3oz Greek Fage, 1 scoop cinnamon protein powder, coffee sf syrup - 39g protein

S - Decaf w/sweet and low and sf hazelnut creamer

L - Mini-crustless ham/swiss quiche, 4 cold shrimp  -  23g protein

S - Nectar twisted cherry in 20oz water with half packet Crystallight Raspberry Ice - 23g protein

D - 2 Trader Joe's Turkey Meatballs w/salsa, mashed cauliflower - 13g protein


Total for the day:
Calories 571 / Fat 12g / Net Carbs 14g / Protein 97g

Since the calorie are so low, I will probably have another shake in there somewhere.
I just can't figure out how to get my calories up!  I can't eat much more than this so I drink a lot of protein shakes.   Open to any feedback or suggestion -- this is a very typical day and I seem to be on a stall.

My protein shakes add up to 295 cal....

I have a scoop of Injury protein powder unflavored
1 yoplait yogurt flavored, usually strawberry or mixed berry
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. frozen berries

Your choices look very good.....Your protein intake looks good.....Stalls are normal.....
