Since losing 78 pounds  I have noticed many changes, some might be TMI so I apologize in advance, but when you accomplish losing weight, every milestone is awesome!  Things I have noticed, can or no longer need to do:

1. I no longer need to wear a seat belt extender in my (or any type of vehicle) car!

2. I can buy bra's in a store instead of on line!

3. I no longer have to use the bathroom several times a day (less weight on my bladder)

4. I can climb stairs without having to pull myself up using the railing!

5. I have energy!

6. I feel pretty!

7. I am no longer diabetic!

8. I am happy!

10. I am more determined to reach my goals!

What have you noticed???

I've noticed air circulating in places it was never able to reach before.  Especially when I brush my teeth.

    (don't ask...)

Great post!  C'mon, peeps - share!

More energy and feeling better about myself has been the biggest things!!!!!!!!

This has been the best decision besides marriage and kids that I have ever made!!

1).  How much space there is between my stomach and the stearing wheel.

2).  I noticed my chest was shrinking all along this journey but I didn't know it was this much until I measured again last week.  I went from 46 DD to a 38 B.  (I can now go to Victoria Secret)

3).  I have skinny legs

4).  I can go shopping without being soaked in sweat

5).  I can cross my legs without one of them falling asleep

6).  I have hip bones

I've noticed many of these things as well.  But a few more that come to mind for me:

1.  I can comfortably fit in a bath tub, lay back, and relax!
2.  I can ride a bike again.
3.  I have a bone in the upper butt area that ends my spine.

4.  I bruise much easier.

1. my hands don't swell as much anymore-I can wear rings!

2. I don't have to worry about being able to get up off the floor when I am playing with my grandson.

3. People are friendlier to me-sad, but true.

4. My knees don't hurt as much-nor do my feet, or hips.

5. My shoes got loose-had to toss a few pairs!

6. I found my cheekbones....I didn't think I even had any.
