How are you moving/eating today?
Good Monday morning everyone, Elena is in Hawaii, so I thought I'd post this today....
I plan to jog/walk 3 miles today. Also weeding my veggie garden, 38x25, this will take awhile.....
B- Raspberry protein shake
L- Tuna sandwich
D- Roast beef & veggie
Snack- Famous Daves Jerky
Carmel Truffle coffee & water. I need to work on my water intake....

Thanks for posting this. I have spent the past 10 days biking, fishing, hiking, kayaking (a little bit anyway), and walking in the north woods. For the first time ever I actually lost weight (4 lbs.)while I was on vacation!
Anyway, I am trying to get back to my regular routine today, so I biked 14 miles this morning. I did take a moment to notice the sun rise over Big Lake. There is something soft and sublime about the sun rising over a lake, whether it is in the north woods or close to home.

Trying to step it up with holding myself accountable, so I'm stepping out of my lurker mode and posting today. MG coffee on Saturday was the start to a GREAT weekend, and I broke through my stall and the scale jumped down...

I've had a grouchy pouch the past week (on antibiotics) and so today "POUCHY" is in control.
B~ Chocolate Cherry Protein Shake (yummo!)
S~ SF hazelnut capucinno
L~ Either ham salad with LF cheese or Cherry Vanilla Protein Shake (pouchy will decide)
S~ fresh berries and yougurt
D~I think I'll try some grilled fish (or protein drink #3)
Working on drinking extra water today. I'm still restricted from vigorous activity following a cervical diskectomy and fusion surgery in May. So a nice long walk after work sounds like my plan - 4 or 5 miles.
