Thanks for the support during my first stall ya'll

Thanks to all of you while I dealt with my first post-op stall on the scale... I'm down 5lbs at the official 1 month weigh in at the clinic...

I really appreciate it.. as its a tough thing to go through and learn how to deal with when you first go through it!

You are doing great...and I must say looking incredible!!!  I am very proud of you!!

Yes, yippedy doo!  Good for you!  I'm so glad you're a looser now!   I didn't know you before, but loosing becomes you!  :-P

TIme will pass and the pounds will just keep coming off.  Sometimes fast and sometimes slow, but it's coming off.  Decide that when it's going slow, there's a reason you needed to slow down for a bit.
