Protien drinks

I have found since the surgery I cannot really stomach the protien drinks..I have muscle milk light...anything that has vanilla, chocolate...you know...even the carnation instant breakfast sugar free is not going well with me.  I was thinking about the Isopure zero carb, its a juice type thing...anyone ever tried it??? Let me know, I would hate to waste my money...like I have with the muscle milk.

Try the Nectar protein drinks if you don't like the chocolate/vanilla milk type ones.  I thought those were palatable.

I am pretty sure I will not be able to tolerate them post surgery because I can't now.  I have been doing some looking into protein powder stuff and I found Pea Powder.  I'm thinking about trying that and for 22 servings of it, the cost is only $10!  Plus the shipping cost is only $4.99 for any size order!  I'm not sure how much protein is needed for your daily dose post surgery, but each scoop is good for 17 grams.  Good luck!
