Did the treadmill this morning for 30 min.

Plan to take a bike ride tonight, we usually go 6-7 miles....

B-1 1/2 potato skins and a pickle spear

S-carmel rice cakes

L-1/2 tuna sandwich and chips

S-probably an orange and some cottage cheese

D-Hamburger and onion rings

no movement still for a long while

so far water, coffee with cream and sweetner, 1/2 cf diet coke

Hello Kelly....

I am walking around much easier now. Only about a week with the crutches and then on to a cane if I need it....wooohoooo!!! I walk as much as my hip will allow. Still tire out pretty easily.

B-yogurt w/kashi and string cheese
L-BBQ chicken breast and peas
D-pizza...toppings only and small salad with veggies and sunflower seeds
S-apple w/peanut butter

It's been I while since I posted anything so I thought today I would jump on board.

B - cheese & veggie omelet
L - Beef kabob with veggies

Biked for 35 minutes and almost hit a deer, then saw a farmer chasing a runaway cow down the street.  Who knew exercising outside would be such an adventure.

B- 1/2 cup of natural applesauce
L- 1/4 cup of tomato soup, 1/4 cup of vanilla yogurt
D- 1/4 cup of cream of mushroom soup, 1/4 cup of sf chocolate pudding

Plan on walking if my tummy feels better, and laundry for sure
