Thought for Today
I have gained weight because of all my trips and naughty eating but I am facing up to it... it's part of the band journey... the ups and downs. I have absolute faith that I will lose the extra weight.... faith is something that WLS has given me.

You took the words right out of my mouth ( I'm not going to lie, in fact, I'm going to share some of my "ugly" with you right now - I get jealous when others zip past me and find themselves in Onederland) I know that I started at a higher weight (about the same size as you), so it may take me longer to get to Onederland- but it still makes me sad.
That being said, when we BOTH make it there, we will need to throw a Twin Cities wide Bash!! I know we can do it!!

I just wanted to thank each and every one of you for your kind words and encouragement. It's reassuring to know I'm not alone, that struggles can hit any one of us at any time, that they aren't all going to be related to our WLS, but that they can certainly affect our WLS!
I just never want ANY of us to lose sight of the fact that we have our tools in place, and it's up to us to keep them working in our favor - no matter WHAT life throws at us!
