2019: 11 years out and maintaining a loss of 150lbs.

L-Jackson and I will be running errands so something on the go

D-either frozen pizza (sick of it) or take out of some sort

Been battling nausea lately, so food has been giving my pouch fits. So I have been supplementing with protein shakes & soy lattes, but I attempt dense protein daily.

EMS~ Bariatric Advantage Coffee meal replacement shake (Yummo!)
B~ SF almond joy soy latte
         Had to try to eat some protein so my antibiotics won't make me sick...Good ol' MickyD's...Sausage McMuffin w/ egg (sans muffin) - feeling like  but keeping it down
S~ finish latte
L~ham & swiss roll-up
S~ Iced soy latte w/ SF hazelnut
D~ will attempt fish again AFTER working out

L: Meat and cheese roll up

D: deli meat, cheese and a few triscuits

Today's plan is to stop when I sigh (my trigger)... not when I think I should be full.
