Each program is different. They (your program) should give you a list of which ones they require.
Mine are:
Breakfast- Complete multi vitamin
                    Vit D
                     B-12
Lunch-  Magnesium
              Calcium Citrate
               B-12
Mid afternoon- Calcium Citrate

Dinner- Iron
              Complete multi vitamin

Bed- Calcium citrate

Hope this helps

Which surgery are you having will help us determine which vitamins you need.

But, I have to say - the RNY'ers are not taking Magnesium? Why NOT people? Magnesium aides in the absorption!

Huh.. magnesium was never mentioned to me by the NUT as an additional supplement to take?
thanks for the heads up!

I found Vitron C at the pharmacy here at Abbott where I work. But the NUT told me to ask my pharmacist for it and if they don't carry it, they should be able to order it for you. I think I saw it at CVS too.

The Abbott pharmacies carry it now because I kept going in asking for it. Stacy, you work at Abbott? I work at Children's in Mpls - MOB. There are a few of us out here - Nicole G, too!

Snyders (if there are any near you, Kristy) carries Vitron C, too.
