Thank you for posting this daily Elena! I am getting on the wagon securly....I have been wobbly with my eating and it does not feel good! So......I;m going to be a bit strict for a feww days and then I will add some variety. :O) If it's not on my menu, I will not eat it! I have a food addiction, no doubt about it! One way to beat this is through planning.....and sticking to the plan!!!!!!
