Does anyone use vitamin K and how does it work?   Awhile back I posted about bruising and I think someone said to take vitamin k?   Does it help?

I am currently taking prescription Vitamin K , 10 mg per day.  I bruise if you look at me wrong.  I was put on it cause my blood is too thin.

I think it would be wise to get a lab draw of your Vit K before starting any supplements.  You never know it could be something else   I always get great advice from Michelle at Vitalady.com
