THURS: What are you eating?

Hey everyone! What are you eating today?
Me? I am recommiting today and really working on my portion sizes. This fill is nice and tight and I have to concentrate on that "full" feeling more than ever now. I am really going to concentrate on my milks too.
B: Cereal
S: Milk
L: Chicken, brussel sprouts, cheese
S: Milk
D: Sushi
B~ 1/2 polish sausage + 1/2 egg w/cheese (egg beaters)
Commute & S~ coffee and a mocha protein shake
L~ baby shower (lunch meat + cheese + fruit) gotta whatch the balance so I don't get reactive hypoglycemia
S~ a couple of crackers w/ cheese spread
D~ a salad of some type
