MON: How are you moving?

Happy Monday everyone! How are you moving today?
I'm planning to take a walk... no dancing last night and no walk either. I need a walk to fend off stress.

Thanks for your diligence in posting this each and every day. I don't reply every day, but excercise is the one saving grace in my life. I agree, it wards off stress........especially when I walk with a friend. I can vent/let off steam and it all feels better!!
Walking Cedar Lake in a little while........love getting my excercise done in the AM.......although I might get to aerobics this evening, too.

Cardio and weights today!
Yesterday I was not going to exercise.....but when my hubby came home and said he and his son did cardio at the cub, my usually non exsistant competitive self kicked in. I went running outside.....run two minutes/walk 3 minutes.......Did this for twently minutes and it felt great!
