2019: 11 years out and maintaining a loss of 150lbs.

Dinner: Pork chops
S: frozen grapes

I could not follow this without focusing on water!!!  Water gets me through my head hunger times!  Crystal light wild strawberry mixed with Crystal Light lemonade is a wonderful afternoon treat!

Protein shake on way to work
B: smoked string cheese and blackberries
L: smoked string cheese (so yummy but gone now) and a small caesar salad with a bit of turkey
S: protein shake
D: (planned to at least) rotisserie chicken and mashed fauxtatoes
