Okay ladies quit talking about buying "enhancing" undies for your butt.. if you want a butt you gotta work and BUILD your butt!!! Gotta move that gluteus maximus and work it so it lifts and builds muscle!!!

Walking lunges, rear lunges, and step ups.. I swear by them!!!

I've been doing them for a few weeks now, and I'll admit that I've actually taking pictures from the start.. once a week.. and I can literally see my butt lifting and becoming more of a "booty" ha ha

i don't use weights when I do them because i'm a beginner.. but shortly I will be graduating to that!

Tonight will be my first night at the gym;   I am planning on doing the stairmaster and then some lunges and squats. 

My butt will be back by Spring I hope!  That is my winter goal; get my butt back.

I don't think the "honeymoon" is over at 9 months.  I think the honeymoon is over when your body starts to adapt to the changes you've made, surgically and otherwise, and starts to compensate for them.   Some people believe we lose the malabsorption component of our WLS - but I don't believe that.  It may moderate, but we don't lose that altogether, just like we can't ever stop taking our supplements.

Yes, the first 9 months are the easiest as far as losing.  I've heard, and really like the idea that at first, the weight loss is 80% tool and 20% effort.  But eventually, weight loss becomes 80% effort, and 20% tool.  IT IS TRUE!

And the whole butt-loss thing?  I'd MUCH rather sport my pancake ass than my old RHINO ass!!

I hear ya about the no butt problem! My girlfriend calls me " little biscuits"  I need to head to the gym and do some squats to get some booty!

They are building a snap fitness about a block from my house..I have promised myself I will join once it's complete! It's a really cool building..looks like an old train depot. I realize I am going to work out, but it is so nice when the atmosphere is appealing too! :)
Good luck staying motivated this winter! If anyone lives in the St Cloud area and would like to get together in the a.m. to walk , I'm game!

According to a friend of mine that is a fitness trainer, the stairstepper machine is the best at building booty! So, get stepping Ranae.

However, in the interim, Victoria's Secret also has butt undies, and I never thought this would a problem, nor did I believe it to be true, but when your pants don't stay up, it is amazing what a great pair of implant undies can do for one! Then, just for fun, spank someone wearning them and WHACK! sounds like an oven mitt. It's quite funny.
