Need to get back on track & focused

I was banded in 12/08 and have lost 94 pounds, however for the past month or so I have slipped back into old bad habits and need to get back on track and focused. It's weird because before I was always afraid to eat some things because I was afraid of pain or slimming. Now, I know what I can and can't eat and don't have that fear, which is what helped me lose the 94 pounds! Does that sound weird?

I don't know if I need a fill or not, sometimes I can barely eat a few bites, other times I can eat too much in my opinion. Today I have wrote out my food plan for the day and already want to stray! I haven't though and don't plan on it, but you know how that goes.! I started the Biggest Loser challenge and the Fabulous Fall challenge, but even those don't seem to be motivating me much lately. Any ideas or suggestions???

I don't have a band, so I can't help you with your fill question.  As far as motivation and focus, I try to get in a routine regarding both exercise and meals.  Life happens, so sometimes the routine gets interrupted for a a day or two or three, but I don't let the interruption become permanent.  Since I get in a fair amount of exercise, I eat something 5 times a day rather than 3 times per day like my program recommends.  I usally gather together everything I need for 3 " feedings" while I am at work...I almost always have something healthy within reach when I am there.  Evenings are a challenge now with the shorter days when the other people in the house want to watch TV and I am restless.  Rather than eat because I am bored or frustrated, I will get up and empty the dishwasher or do some laundry. During the summer I went on a lot of evening bike rides.  I think that I may have to start lifting weights at home in the evening rather than succumb to the boob tube.  I hope that helps.
