I have returned
Hello!
I have returned to the site for those who have been around for a few years and recognize my name and avatar picture.
Just a quick update...I moved to NC back in March and have a wonderful boyfriend of almost 7 months. Unfortunately I have also regained 20 pounds since April/May and need to get back on the trail. My boyfriend is going to transition to the high protien/low carb diet and exercise with me which is good given the lack of support groups here or any where near by. The closest group would be in Charlotte, which is 2 hours away. I am planning to return over the holidays so hopefully I can get together with some of you at a coffee while I am there.
I hope y'all are doing well and enjoying the fall weather...it is still warm here (in the 70's on a daily basis), however the leaves are just beginning to change.

Hello Nicole! I was asking about you not to long ago and someone told me you moved. I don't know if you remember but I saw you at the Walmart in Pine City but did not approach you but later told you on here. Are your parents still up this way? Welcome back! This is the place to come to when you need encouragment to get those extra pounds off!! Good luck.

Hey Nicole. Glad you've returned to the site, you look great! I saw your avatar as one of the "newest members" that show up on the main OH site even before I came to the MN board and saw you posted. I was like, wow, she looks really familiar. Happy to hear you're doing well in SC.
