Hello from Ohio

I just wanted to drop in and say Hello.
My family and I are settled in our temporary home here in Springfield Ohio until our home in Minnetonka sells. Hubby's new job has been going well and really likes it. Life has been rough for us but the long and short of it is that we are together and working through the bumps.

I found a support group here that I am going to check on Tuesday in Dayton. They seem really nice. I can't says enough how lucky you all are (or should I say y'all) to have each other. Minnesota really has the strongest and most supportive groups and a very large network for support.

Hello to you from North Carolina!

I have returned because I have slipped up and regained! Luckily I have a fabulous boyfriend who is going to the high protien/low carb diet with me and is going to exercise with me as well.

I am glad to hear that you and your hubby are working on getting things smoothed out and resettled in Ohio and that you have found a support group. As far as I know Asheville and the surrounding area have a very small WLS community and no support groups to speak of. Luckily my boyfriend is very supportive of the changes I need to make.
