It has or is finally happening, I am getting those not so good looks. The facial snarls that go with those looks are not pleasant either.

I do not mean physical looks. I mean the looks from others.

It is starting to happen on a regular basis. People will come up to me and say "Your done now, right?", "You can't lose any more weight" "Your nothing but skin and bones" The list can go on and on.

I know I am skin and bones. I am reminded of that daily in the full length mirror. Am I working on stopping the weight lose, heck yeah. Do I want to become malnourished-Heck no! Is it hard to stop it? YES!

Your/My body is going to do what it is going to do. I might still drop a pound or two, I might get some kick back, I might stay where I am at now.

If I were to fall lower then what my body feels is healthy etc.. I would/will seek out medical advice from my doctors,NUT and other medical professional people.

Do, I sound upset, if so I am sorry. I am NOT upset. People just need to know, It is not as easy as they think. It is not a light switch that you just flip up and down to make things stop

Ok, this kind of turned into a rant, sorry LOL
Best of days to all of you and pray for some warmer weather! Snow in the beginning of Oct is crazy!

I went through a period when I looked gaunt for a few months, especially in my face.  I stuck to my diet and exercise routines and eventually things either redistributed a bit  or I just got used to them.  Those looks have stopped for the most part, although I still get them occasionally from people who haven't seen me for a few years.  As you said, your body will go where it wants to.  If you feel good, those looks don't matter at all.
