Well Its Been 32 mths Still Down 165 lbs Life Is Good . Had VBG -DR Rupp In Mar 2007 . Was 380lbs . Down to 220-225 Lbs Been Maintaining For Last Year. No Issues. So Just Everybody Keep On Pushing It Works If You Want It Bad Enough. Everybody Have Good Day.
