So a yummy healthy treat!

Sprinkle apple slices with cinnamon and eat.. its a tastey treat!

or.. you can sprinkle VERY lightly with a teeny bit of brown sugar and the cinnamon, and nutmeg if you'd like and bake the apples.. they get soft and yummy and its a nice warm treat on a cold nite! and no extra carbs from "crisp" or "crumble" in the traditional apple crisp

This sounds really nice and simple for a single serving.

I made apple crisp for my family this holiday season with 1 cup wheat flour, 3/4 cup quick oatmeal, 1/4 cup splenda, a 1/2 cup butter, 1/2 cup brown sugar (could use splenda blend, but I didn't have any on hand), and 10 machintosh apples.  I think for the amount of apples and subsequent servings, that's pretty good and it wasn't overly sweet at all.

Delicious.

I've become a huge fan of Clausen Garlic Pickles.  I don't know why but I crave them all the time.  The whole jar is 65 calories...... Gotta love that!
