I got my date

I've been lurking here for a while and wanted to share my big news!  I got my date for LapBand surgery on March 22nd!!  Oh my god!  I'm so excited and scared and all sorts of other emotions all rolled together.

I know how you feel.  My surgery is coming up this Thursday, and I'm so excited to finally start the journey, but terrified at the same time.

This site is so helpful, so keep in touch with us if the nerves get too bad!

It's definitely expected to have a rollercoaster of emotions leading up to your big day, if you didn't I'd have to worry about you a bit!    But all your preparation, research, and doctor visits hopefully have gotten you all prepared for what's to come & with all that & the support of your family, friends & all of us here on OH you'll have an amazing new journey ahead of you!

Can't wait to hear more from you in the future!  And hopefully no more lurking!!
