I've never been a big fan of "plain" water myself - but I have yet to get tired of Crystal Light (or Target's or WallyWorld's brand) Raspberry Lemonade!   I do like real iced tea with lemon and Splenda, but that's too much work

As for breakfast, I'm sure you don't need anyone to tell you, but I'm in the mood anyway - PROTEIN FIRST, GIRL!  Toast is a waste of pouch space and calories.  Save it for AFTER you fuel yourself properly!

There.  Down off my soapbox now.

Day has been great. I got up just after 4 AM, Grouted the floor of a bathroom remodel, then had a pepperoni one egg omelet.I have an all day drive ahead in the rain and hope to be home by 9 PM. Retirement still has full productive days.

I can't stand water post op either, but there a milllion different things out there to put in it that are sugar free. My favorites are sf arnie palmer mix from arizona ice teas and sf kool aide.

I'm not sure about maintenance yet, Julie.  Still getting used to the idea.  :-)  I've been trying to lose weight my whole life, so changing my mind-set to maintenance is kind of weird.

I'd love to hear your thoughts on the subject!  So far I'm just keeping on doing what I'm doing.  It means I've kept on losing, but the "goal" weight was a completely artificial number, so I figure my body will balance out where it wants to be.

Those 20 lbs are going to come off faster than you think!!  Great job!
I can tell you what my mom is doing.  She has recently lost 30 lbs.  Her overall loss is 70 lbs.  When she reached her goal weight  last fall she experimented with adding 100 calories a day to see how her weight did.  I think she can have about 200 more calories per day compared to when she was losing. She keeps her weight between 135 and 140.  Has been doing that since the fall.  She still writes everything down.  that's probably how I will do it once my weight is all off.

I can't imagine what it will be like to have all my weight off either.  It's getting closer but it seems so far away.  I think we will still feel fat for a very long time.

Sorry about your baby being sick.  About the water.  I almost never drink plain water.  Gotta change it up with Crystal Light or I use the Target brand.  Grape is my fave.  I have a tall glass 32 oz I fill up a couple times a day with lots of ice.
