I'm new here
Hi, Karma, thank you for the reply. You didn't mention the name of the protein supplement, is it Wellements on the wellement.com site you listed?
We don't have Costco here in the midwest, we do have Sam's I'll check that out. Have you seen the product at any other stores?
I just came from an appointment with a genetic cancer specialist. I had cancerous polyps removed (half my colon was removed) and because of all the cancer in my mother's family, my doctor thought our family might have Lynch Syndrome. I signed the waivers so they could get all my past pathology reports.
Guess my plumbing is just not the greatest!
Thank you again, so your response. I'm really looking for support in my journey to a healthy weight. I have 50 pounds to go, so still have lots to do!

Hey Joanne. I am so glad you had a ood meeting. It sounds like your group is really growing! I am also glad you were able to print out your cards. I carry a few with me everywhere I go. I have been surprised by how many times WLS can just come up in everyday conversation with strangers, so they are nice to hand out just in case.
I am excited for you - woo hoo!
