Book Question...

I've got a question for you all. Hope I can figure it out. I had someone tell me of a book and I can't remember the name of it. The logical thing to do would be to ask that person again...hahaha..I'm not a logical person. So..I'm putting my faith in you all here. I'm going to go out on a limb here and open myself up a bit....More so than I really care to. However, I don't want to ask this on the other forum I frequent... Hoping I can come up w/the name. The book was on suicide. THe name was 'something like'..."How I survived when my mind was trying to kill me". No, I'm not suicidal today. Have I been in the recent past? Yes. Suggestions to speak to my bishop will go unheard. Sorry...just not happening. I don't know him well enough (we just moved) and I don't care to open up my personal life and all the baggage that I've got right now. Thanks, Gala

I found it. If you're interested in knowing it is called "How I Stayed Alive When My Brain Was Trying to Kill Me". I went to Barnes and Noble and litterally went threw about 300-350 book titles before coming across it. Thanks anyway. Gala
