How true is that! If I had repented of not following the word of wisdom and eat in moderation maybe I wouldn't be here. But we all have something to be tried and tested about! My week has been okay. I am stressing some what over an assignment I have at church. I have been asked to portray Emma Smith at our next enrichment night in October. I dont know about y'all but this has been a L_O_N_G week for me. I am so glad it's friday. I havent weighed in 2 weeks (Ive been a good girl) and went to weigh this morning, and apparently one of the kids has tried to use the scale as a trampoline in that time - there is a big dent in it and it said I had lost 44 lbs in 2 weeks, yeah, I wish but dont think so. I guess I am off to buy (another) new scale today. grrrr or maybe I wont buy one - I will go to Walmart, test them to get my weight then go - that way the constant temptation isnt there every morning to weigh, and for my kids to jump on it til it goes nutty. It sure looked good to see a scale say I was almost down to 200, though!! (even if it was just being polite!) -Sherrie

That's awesome! I'm looking forward to fair rides myself. I'm glad you mentioned the dramamine because I've wondered if I could tolorate it this side of surgery. I know exactly how you feel with the hormone issue. After I had my daughter (2 years ago now) I had aweful postpartum depression. I had it for almost a year before I figured things out. My poor husband and kids. Every morning I'd wake up and talk myself out of leaving them. As soon as I had it all figured out I went to my Dr. and got a perscription for anti-depressents. I gained a lot of weight during that year, too. Luckly yours is just for a couple days a month. Take care of yourself though. Anyways, good job hitting that awesome milestone and good luck!
