No this isnt a question of the day - I need help. My 14 year old daughter is eating non stop. Wakes up and eats breakfast before seminary. eats donuts at seminary. eats breakfast after seminary. eats breakfast at school. eats a snack at about 10. eats lunch at school. eats a snack as soon as she gets home. eats a snack about 5. eats dinner about 6. eats a snack about 8. eats a snack before bed. I am finding candy wrappers everywhere. She has blossomed up to a size 16. She is in heavy denial and even claims she is on Atkins and is losing weight. I am really worried about her. She told me oh well, if I get as fat as you I will just take the easy way out like you. ANY IDEAS on how I can stop her before she gets into health problems, social problems, and everything else that WE have had to deal with?? -Sherrie

1. What's your favorite season and why? Christmas....I love all the decorations, the cheery feeling in the air, and I love setting up my little village. I have always wanted a little village, and I've finally got one...I buy pieces in January after they all go on sale 75% off..haha I always make home made carmels for my gifts....not sure what I'll do this year for gifts, everyone is DEMANDING I continue to make my famous carmels. 2. If you could still do one thing you did when you were a kid (and get away with it) what would it be and why? I would snow ski. My knees hurt too much now, I don't think I'll ever be able to ski again. boo hoo..... Or I'd like to go out dancing all evening. My hubby won't fast dance, he's very awkward looking when he does, so I understand, but I LOVE to dance. I put on music and my 10 year old daughter and I rock out. We are two hot babes, I must confess!!

O.K. I kicked trash on the stairs. Probably because I have 2 flights in my home. I plan on reading the article in an hour when I put my kids down. And, I'll head into the bathroom to tell myself how great I am in a minute. Did anyone else try this? If not I'll just make them challenges for myself in my journal. Heaven knows it needs to be filled with something!
